
Tomorrow's goal:
Breakfast: oatmeal, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: 1 egg, 1/2 cup fried rice, broccoli
Supper: 2 slices of beef wrapped in lettuce with hot sauce, apple
snack: (?) 2 tablespoons yogurt
I've tried losing weight many time, now I'm very determined to lose at least 30 pounds. I weight 153 right now, my weight always varies from 151-155, so my next week I want to be able to reach 150. My 2 biggest obstacles are eating out, and not overeating. Wish me luck!
